Title: From Teacher to Manager ( in ELT)
This is not a session for those who feel confident about what they do; nor is it appropriate for people who expect to just listen and take notes. This is a workshop which will look into the qualities one can transfer from teaching into managing an ELT team. Those who are motivated to climb the career ladder and develop as managers in ELT will be given some useful tips and food for thought. They will be also expected to actively participate in the session and be ready to experiment with ... Well, come and find out!
