Title: Micro-blogging as homework: Building a community of online storytellers
Social media networking and sharing tools have bridged digital media literacy to online interaction-based English language teaching for better task performance rates. Micro- blogging is an alternative to homework for writing and editing skills and we will discuss using illustrative examples the role this tool can play in building a community of language learners as young online storytellers.
